That’s why offering pre rolled joints is a lucrative venture for any marijuana business. However, health trends and overall sentiments about tobacco papers are slowly changing. Of course, blunt smoking will always be popular. Joints are becoming the preferred smoking method over blunts as the cannabis industry and marijuana consumers both shift to distance themselves from tobacco as much as possible. Your production will multiply overnight with one of these machines. Of course, an auto cone filler will save your business time compared to hand filling. You don’t want to end up with a cone rolling machine by accident! Always be wary when searching and buying a cone filler machine. Just keep in mind that none of these are joint packers. Sometimes a cone rolling machine is also called a weed rolling machine, or a joint rolling machine. On the other hand, pre rolled cone filling machines get those beautiful buds packed nicely into already formed cones. The difference is, a cone roller machine takes smoking papers and rolls them. Sometimes, people get this confused with a cone rolling machine.

Save your business time and money by purchasing a professional cone filling machine.Ī pre roll machine, or a cone filling machine, packs the marijuana into pre rolled cones. If your marijuana manufacturing and processing business does not have a pre roll cone machine, you are shooting yourself in the foot. Pre rolls are the perfect answer for the generations that would rather have a quick joint immediately than sit and roll up. These two generations prefer convenience, style, and experience. This is because Millennials and Generation Z are the biggest cannabis consumers. It’s important to note that the sale of pre rolls is quickly on the rise. As time moves forward, the rise of technology will only continue to help the cannabis industry grow. There really is no beating the efficiency of the cone filling machine. On the other hand, a pre roll cone machine can fill up to 169 cones in the same amount of time. It could take 2-3 minutes for a decently skilled packer to fill up just one pre rolled cone with bud. If you aren’t paying someone to hand pack all of your pre rolls, then you are most likely doing it yourself. Instead of packing your pre rolled cones one by one, you can now fill dozens upon dozens at once with a cone filler.

View attachment 1255774 Step 6ish I think.įence shaped and sized to inside I zip tied it in place plus added some extra in couple rows to help fluff the buds apart as it tumbles! View attachment 1255786 Didn’t need the extenders but also zip tied into place! Obv same piece as top which is the T piece to male/female piece! View attachment 1255784 Bottom side of bucket here! View attachment 1255783 Female/male piece (male is 1/2” threads. View attachment 1255782 Threaded side of this T is poking out thru top. Step 5: Put the T piece with thread side poking thru hole in lid and bottom! Put the lil extender pieces on T on the lid side since it’s more pliable so adds extra rigidity to it! Then zip tied tight to hold it steady! Step 4: AFTER MAKING THE HOLES THO WASH IT OUT WITH A HOSE TO GET SHAVINGS OUT! Step 3: I took back apart! I used a tapered drill bit so was lil easier to put hole in lid and bottom to fit the pieces to make it tumble! Don’t have pics of those holes but I’ll show how I assembled pieces thru it! Step 2: Get fence cut to proper size to line inside! U can wrap around outside of bucket at first to cut the excess of roll for length AND HEIGHT IF U WANT! My trimmers sucks I only did length first round! Also I had releasable zip ties so used them at 1st to hold steady while got sized! Got fence cut to size so lid could still fit on! Then took back apart! Step 1: Drill holes! I did 8 rows of 6 side by side with 1 1/4” drill bit! Then 4 X 2 holes around top and bottom (did these after fitting fence in and getting it shaped) So I hate hand trimming with a passion and whether real or imaginary think my hand is getting some carpal tunnel as revenge against my former ocd trim habits! Decided to make something since I can’t afford no ready made tumble trimmer for $500! Saw couple DIY tumble trimmers so went that route! Besides what I spent getting some drill bits cost me maybe $30 for supplies!Ģ T joints (1 side threaded) 3/4”x3/4”x1/2” $.74Ģ 1/2”:3/4” male female pieces (all in Home Depot pvc fitting section) $.74 each
